Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to hover-ui Mixer (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), hosted at mixer.hoverui.fun. By accessing or using our website, canvas editor, CodeMirror tools, shadcn registry endpoints, or standalone embed scripts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

hover-ui Mixer provides a web-based visual and code-driven design platform for building, simulating, and deploying custom cursor interactions. The Service includes:

• A real-time dual-canvas and code-synchronized editor.
• A sandboxed preview environment.
• A component distribution registry for the shadcn CLI (/r/mixer.json, /r/mix.json).
• A zero-dependency 16 KB script bundle embed for static and non-React sites.

3. Subscription Tiers & Billing

We offer both Free (Community) access and paid recurring subscription plans:

• Individual Tier (₹200 / month): Single-user license with unlimited layers, advanced kinds, component ejection, and registry export.
• Pro Tier (₹500 / month): 1 shared workspace for up to 2 team members, with shared mix libraries.
• Premium Tier (₹1,500 / month): Up to 5 workspaces and up to 10 users per workspace (50 seats maximum).
• Enterprise Tier: Custom pricing, unlimited workspaces and seats, custom physics engineering, and SLA agreements.

All payments and recurring subscription billing are processed through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize automated recurring charges to your designated payment method (credit/debit card, UPI AutoPay, or netbanking) at the specified monthly interval until cancelled.

4. Cancellation & Billing Modifications

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle. Refund terms are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Prices may be updated with at least 30 days prior notice to existing active subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Your Mixes: You retain complete ownership, copyright, and distribution rights to the unique cursor configurations (“mixes”) and custom component code you design using the Mixer. You are granted an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, bundle, deploy, and distribute the exported cursor components and embed scripts in personal, commercial, and client software projects.

The Platform: The hover-ui Mixer platform, core rendering engine, website layout, trademarks, branding, and proprietary Pro plugins remain the sole intellectual property of hover-ui.

6. Workspaces & Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Sharing seat licenses or login credentials outside of your authorized workspace allocation.
• Attempting to bypass registry token verification or reverse engineer proprietary subscription validation routines.
• Using cursor interactions to inject malicious code, tracking spyware, or deceptive phishing elements onto third-party sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and smooth 60fps+ rendering performance, we make no warranties that the service will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all legacy web browsers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, hover-ui Mixer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
