At hover-ui Mixer (“we”, “us”, “our”), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, and process your personal information when you use our website, tools, and subscription services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to deliver and improve the Mixer:

• Account & Subscription Data: When you subscribe to an Individual, Pro, or Premium plan, we collect your name, email address, and associated workspace details.
• Mix Configurations & Code: Cursor mixes you create are stored in your browser’s localStorage or serialized in shareable URL hash fragments (#m=...). Mix configurations are not permanently stored on our servers unless synced to a workspace.
• Technical & Usage Telemetry: Aggregated, non-identifying telemetry such as browser type, operating system, and performance diagnostics to maintain smooth 60fps cursor rendering across devices.

3. Payment Information & Razorpay Processing

All financial transactions, monthly subscriptions, and payment methods are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use localStorage and essential session cookies solely for functional purposes:

• Remembering your selected light or dark interface theme (theme).
• Persisting your active workspace plan and local cursor drafts (mixer:mix, mixer:plan).
• Preserving authentication session tokens for Pro registry downloads.

We do not use invasive third-party cross-site advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only disclose information to:

• Infrastructure and hosting providers: Cloud hosts (such as Vercel) that enable our application to run reliably.
• Payment gateways: Razorpay for subscription verification and invoicing.
• Legal compliance: When required by applicable Indian law or valid regulatory requests.

6. Data Retention and Your Rights

You retain the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your account data and saved workspace configurations. You can export all your custom cursor code directly at any time. To request complete account deletion or deletion of billing records, contact our privacy team.
